So I was writing about customers and awareness last , and it just keeps hitting home . A insurance claim does not allow a customer to instruct the repair facility as they wish , if a claim is in effect the consumer is only entitled to what the covering insurance covers for their customer ? This is in fact not
a regulation anyone can stand behind , but in fact it is a process instituted and followed daily , and consumers are not aware , a estimate can and does change often , and much of which is designated by insurance not the service repairer .
